You can go with the slightly-formal look by having your groomsmen wear light colored dress pants and dress shirts, or you can have them wear a more casual style with polo shirts and shorts. Men can wear dress shoes, though that might not be a good idea because of all the sand, flip flops, or go bare-footed. Also, the way you have the men wear their clothes will make a big difference.
